Less than an hour’s drive out of Salt Lake City is Diamond Fork Hot Springs. It’s only accessible via a two-and-a-half-mile hiking trail. Once you cross the bridge and continue up Fifth Water Creek, you’ll spot the spring’s lovely light blue water in the distance. You’ll be soaking before you know it.
You will find Boquillas Hot Springs in Big Bend National Park. Nicknamed simply “Hot Springs,” it is located on the Rio Grande River. The water is generally 105°F (41°C), so it’s a great place to have a soothing soak after you’ve spent most of the day hiking through the park.
