16Dine On Famous Jerk Chicken, Jamaica

Foodies already know that jerk chicken and pork are pretty much staples of Jamaican cuisine. Once you sample this superb spice mixture, you will truly understand just why Jamaican cooking is internationally famous. Veteran visitors recommend traveling to the little village of Falmouth on the northern coast to sample perhaps the island’s most enjoyable jerk chicken and pork. Some claim the locals have mastered the ultimate blend of sweet and spicy and you can enjoy it in the center of iconic Caribbean culture.

Be sure to wash it all down with some famous Red Stripe beer too for the perfect pairing.

 

17Float Along On A River Tubing Adventure, Dominica

Float lazily through some of Dominica’s scintillating scenery on a river-tubing trip down the mighty Layou River.
